Worked out well; too long of a wait, but the tech got finished so I could get out!!!

My experience at Monarch Dental was exceptional. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. It had been a while since I visited the dentist and everyone was super understanding and attentive. Fonzia did my teeth cleaning and it was not only a good experience the results were instantly noticeable and she walked me through the whole process on how to keep them clean and healthy. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Very quick and efficient. I did not have to wait long even though I did not have an appointment they took me right in and fixed my broken bridge with a temp and I was on my way.

I had a wonderful experience with my hygienist. She was extremely gentle, patient, and caring throughout my entire appointment. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel relaxed and at ease. You can truly tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. I really appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and gentle touch. The dentist, hygienist, and staff were all professional, dedicated, and helpful.

The office staff are courteous and don't keep you waiting without engaging you to let you know that they will be with you shortly. My hygienist was great and courteous as well.

They replaced a broken crown. I was able to get an immediate appointment and I was fitted for a new crown and given a date for the new crown arrival. On that date, I was called in and when they replaced the new crown, it fit perfectly. There were no adjustments needed and I was on my way. Doctor and staff were competent and friendly. I’ve never experienced one bit of pain or anxiety whenever I go for my dental work at Monarch.

Great Service.

I will be honest I do not like going to the dentist. But if I am to choose one out all those I've had it would be here at the GP location. Had a deep cleaning . Dental hygenist is awesome!!! She is very sweet and does her job well. She numbed me so well I felt no discomfort. Not even the needles! Only mild pressure. As far as I'm concerned not getting that right is 90% of why I hate going. If you're like me come here!

I don't know where to begin. I've been to many dental clinics, but no one treated me like Dr. Ghayth Adhami did. He's a great, professional doctor. I never felt any pain. He made my teeth look fantastic. And regarding insurance and prices, I swear to God, they're cheaper than all the other doctors in Dallas. I live far from his clinic one hour away , but I would never change Dr. Adhami It's difficult to find a doctor who combines professionalism and skill with reasonable prices. I thank Dr. Adhami for everything, and his staff is wonderful and extremely friendly. I went to my appointment and they let me in immediately; there was no tedious waiting, even though I was going to treat more than one tooth. They were very friendly. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Adhami, and I wish I had gone to him from the beginning, but I will not change doctor Adhami or go to any other doctor

Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. This was my first visit ,I was always anxious about dentist, during this visit I was somewhat relaxed! I am looking forward to getting my dental work done here.
