Dentists in Granbury, TX

Went in for first time visit after a bad experience with another dental office. I was met by Becky who was friendly and very helpful. Then had X-rays done by Jackie who was also very nice. The dental hygienist I think was Dallas was also very nice and went over my X-rays. Finally met with Dr Hashem who was also very professional. At each phase I was asked if I had any questions. I made a second appointment before I left and will be making Monarch Dental of Granbury my go to dentist office

Staff is amazing. Dr. Is amazing. They make you feel comfortable and have great customer service skills and communication. You never have to wait a long time for an appointment or when you arrive for your appointment they get you in right on time. Honestly, best Dentist Office I have ever been too, and I plan on keeping them and am continuing using them for all my dental needs big or small.

Been going here since 2023 love the staff and the Dr Hashem and Jackie his assistant so much!. As long as they work there that's the only place we will go for all our dentistry needs. Becky the new office manager is also very kind and helpful with all your needs and questions! Thank you very much!!

3/5/2024 Had a bad toothache since Friday, but was able to get in today. This is probably one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! I had to have a tooth extraction, but it was done quickly and with no pain. Dr. Hashim was gentle and great, as was Rachael, the dental assistant.(Hope I spelled his name correctly)

Today I was assisted by Jackie and fixed up by Dr. Joseph.

Holy dang my mouth/tooth had been In pain for a few weeks.
(Like feeling my heart beat in my wrist when I bite ,kinda pain.) ><
T’was terrible.
For sure, I figured It was gonna result in another immediate tooth pull, from bacteria or something.

But naw, doctor figured out I was putting Unnecessary pressure on a root canal, because a tooth that was pulled some years ago by another dentist.

Worked out a plan that didn’t need immediate extraction and got rid of the pain. <3

I’ve now been to this dentistry 3 times. Heavily recommend them and all the staff I’ve encountered. <3

[Side note: Most, persistent ,tooth pain is from Bacteria/tooth decay. Four other times I’ve had other teeth hurt like this, immediate extraction was necessary because of rot. Don’t wait to see your dentist if Some of your story sounds like mine. Because if it was Rot/ bacteria that can eventually get to your brain or cause tremendous cardiac issues on top of tooth pain. #Scary]

The nurses and doctor was kind and so patient with me and the procedures they preformed went smoothly and the outcome was good.🙏💕😊

Doctor and staff are amazing.

Monarch has been really good to us. I have been using them for a couple years now, both my kids have braces with them. Their customer service is great. They are a one stop shop, seems like they do it all here.

Staff is efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They really work hard to ensure that you are taken care of in as stress-free manner as possible; that appropriate authorizations are made to facilitate service; that insurance is well-coordinated for payments.
Dentist was thorough in exam; excellent in explanation of issues; as well as discussing & developing a plan of treatment. He was gentle, considerate and thorough in the work done. Very pleased.

Very friendly staff, but the office very cold. However they did offer me a blanket.

My appointment was at2:40pm and they took me earlier. I was happy about that. The person who cleaned my teeth did a great job. The dentist did a great job tooo. The person who took my X-rays did a great job. Coming back in a few months to get another cleaning. The staff are very friendly! Great job everybody!!

10/10 recommend for anyone they are genuinely hands on and they poked around a tooth of mine and I made a noise and they brought some numbing cream within a few seconds it was their and they set up a Game plan for my dental work and very friendly like that southern hospitality atmosphere with the place
