This latest appointment was for a cleaning. First, I was sick during my original appointment scheduled time, and it was easy to reschedule. The new appointment was way out, but they put me on the ASAP list. A couple of days later, they got me in, so it was only about a week after my original appointment. Did a great job explaining the optional services, what they were for, and what they cost. The hygienist was awesome, really a pleasant experience.

Friendliest caring staff you could ask for .

Everyone is friendly and professional. I had a bridge that would no longer stay in place. They were busy but still worked me in. Dr. Joseph examined me and determined that the bridge would no longer work for me . Dr. Joseph put into play a plan to replace the bridge with a better and stronger denture for at a practical price.

The doctor is great ..staff is good! But the office staff need to be a bit more friendly and more welcoming on the phone!

Getting an appointment was easy, they were really timely in check in and attending to new patients. Doctor and hygienist were very knowledgeable and explained everything going on clearly. Ms. Becky at the front desk was very friendly and warm making my visit comfortable.Overall it was a great experience.

My husband and I had a great experience at Monarch Dental. The entire team was very professional and straightforward throughout our visits. Dr. Joseph Hashim took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we both understood each step and why it was necessary. The treatment plans he created aligned perfectly with what he observed during our exams, which made us feel confident and informed about our dental care. We really appreciate their honesty and professionalism highly recommend!!

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Every step of my initial exam was explained to me and anything that was wrong with my teeth was further explained in detail. They even showed me my x-rays and showed where the problem areas were and what I’ll have to get done to fix it all. The dentist was very nice too and told me what he was going to do before he did anything and even explained what tools he had. After the exam was over with they went over a list of what procedures I needed to get done, how much they were, how much my insurance was paying, and how much I had to pay out of pocket. There were no hidden fees and everything was explained thoroughly. Making a follow up appointment for said procedures was extremely easy and the receptionists know what they’re doing. I absolutely loved going here (I haven’t been to a dentist in over 3 years), they were professional, kind, and overall a good place to be for my teeth.

Staff is amazing. Dr. Is amazing. They make you feel comfortable and have great customer service skills and communication. You never have to wait a long time for an appointment or when you arrive for your appointment they get you in right on time. Honestly, best Dentist Office I have ever been too, and I plan on keeping them and am continuing using them for all my dental needs big or small.

Went in for first time visit after a bad experience with another dental office. I was met by Becky who was friendly and very helpful. Then had X-rays done by Jackie who was also very nice. The dental hygienist I think was Dallas was also very nice and went over my X-rays. Finally met with Dr Hashem who was also very professional. At each phase I was asked if I had any questions. I made a second appointment before I left and will be making Monarch Dental of Granbury my go to dentist office

Been going here since 2023 love the staff and the Dr Hashem and Jackie his assistant so much!. As long as they work there that's the only place we will go for all our dentistry needs. Becky the new office manager is also very kind and helpful with all your needs and questions! Thank you very much!!

Professional and friendly business. All the staff are great in the Granbury, TX establishment. 3/5/2024 Had a bad toothache since Friday, but was able to get in today. This is probably one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! I had to have a tooth extraction, but it was done quickly and with no pain. Dr. Hashim was gentle and great, as was Rachael, the dental assistant.(Hope I spelled his name correctly) Thank you for such great care!!

Wonderful staff, amazing doctors. Today I was assisted by Jackie and fixed up by Dr. Joseph. Holy dang my mouth/tooth had been In pain for a few weeks. (Like feeling my heart beat in my wrist when I bite ,kinda pain.) >< T’was terrible. For sure, I figured It was gonna result in another immediate tooth pull, from bacteria or something. But naw, doctor figured out I was putting Unnecessary pressure on a root canal, because a tooth that was pulled some years ago by another dentist. Worked out a plan that didn’t need immediate extraction and got rid of the pain. <3 I’ve now been to this dentistry 3 times. Heavily recommend them and all the staff I’ve encountered. <3 [Side note: Most, persistent ,tooth pain is from Bacteria/tooth decay. Four other times I’ve had other teeth hurt like this, immediate extraction was necessary because of rot. Don’t wait to see your dentist if Some of your story sounds like mine. Because if it was Rot/ bacteria that can eventually get to your brain or cause tremendous cardiac issues on top of tooth pain. #Scary]

Doctor and staff are amazing.

Staff is efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They really work hard to ensure that you are taken care of in as stress-free manner as possible; that appropriate authorizations are made to facilitate service; that insurance is well-coordinated for payments. Dentist was thorough in exam; excellent in explanation of issues; as well as discussing & developing a plan of treatment. He was gentle, considerate and thorough in the work done. Very pleased.

Monarch has been really good to us. I have been using them for a couple years now, both my kids have braces with them. Their customer service is great. They are a one stop shop, seems like they do it all here.
