I had a pretty good experience overall. The receptionists were polite and we made conversation. The hygienist, assistant, and doctor were all polite as well and made sure I was comfortable during the whole experience. They were also thorough in their explanations of what I needed to do to take even better care of teeth and gums. As long as insurance covers your expenses, this place is worth it.
I have seend Dr Doshi for my bridge adjustment, she was quick and to the point. Got me free of discomfort in less than 5 mins. Definitely my dentist from now on..

Dr Doshi was amazing! She was great with our adult autistic son. He had fillings and a periodontal cleaning. He tolerated it well and never complained or felt overwhelmed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been a patient at Frisco Monarch for several years. The staff have switched out over the years but each one, whether X-Ray Tech, Office worker, Hygienist or Dentist have always been very professional and friendly. The current staff are no exception, very kind, professional and friendly, I still enjoy my visits.
Staff and Doctor are amazing. Dr is very patient and helped me understand everything from beginning to end. I am so thankful for finding this place. My forever dental home now. Thank you so much Monarch for taking care of me. Truly the best.

I have to say, this office was incredible. From the front desk, X-Ray technician... to the General Dentist and Hygienist. They made me feel like they cared. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. They took the time to understand me, my needs and made me feel comfortable and handled both of us with care (this is extremely important to us). The assistant for the Oral Surgeon went to the extent to take my wife to the parking lot, helped me get her in my vehicle and exhibited amazing professionalism and human skills. I highly recommend checking them out.
This was the best dental cleaning, I ever had ( painless & quick). Front desk was very helpful in setting up everything. I specially have to mention Dr. Mallisa Dean, she is the best so far. Her concern, her expertise , her experience and finally her follow up is amazing. Thank you so much Dr Dean!! I will definitely, be coming back to her in fact I will be suggesting others to try her out as well.👍

This particular location is Wonderful.!! Everyone is so friendly and polite. I have an ongoing issue with one of my root canals. I finally had the time to return… and I feel very confident that they will fix my issue….😊 I Highly Recommend this location.!!
