The doctor has the absolute perfect bedside manner—he is incredibly professional, friendly, approachable, and truly down to earth. I was a bit nervous, but he made me feel completely comfortable right from the start. He even gave me a shot to numb the area, and it didn’t hurt at all! The efficiency of this office is absolutely exceptional. He performed a root canal, prepped my tooth for a crown, and made a beautiful temporary crown all in about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes max. On top of the top-notch care, their in-house financing is incredibly reasonable and a total lifesaver. I saved so much money compared to other financing options I was looking at. If you want a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients, works quickly, and offers fantastic financial options, this is the place to go. Thank you for saving my tooth and making this such a smooth, blessed experience! P.S. The staff is also very amazing. Everyone was warm and friendly and the place is very inviting.

The dentist, Dr.Strickland is always courteous, friendly, and an efficient professional. His front staff and hygienist are very friendly, caring, and efficient as well. The whole office strives to make our visits a positive experience.

I have a difficult time going to dentist due to fwar and bad experiences in my childhood. Dr Strickland was on my insurance so I gave him a try. Like 20 years ago. It's a 40 minute drive but it's worth the extra time even though there are closer Monarch Dentals near me now. Dr Strickland has a gentle touch and has patience with me. I 100% recommend him.

Dr Strickland and staff are remarkably professional and caring. In fact, he just called to check on me, after my procedure, yesterday. Evelyn is my go to person in the clinic. She is very caring and knowledgeable! These are the reasons I’ve been a patient for over 30 yrs.

Had an issue with cap, staff got me in pretty quick and Dr. Strickland made all good. Dr. Strickland and his staff are always the best with great attitudes and always helpful.

This, by far, has been the best dental office I've ever been in. The entire staff is wonderful. Imagine a dentist with great bedside manner! Trust was established immediately. They truly listen and hear you! I'm full of anxiety, have white coat syndrome, need some pretty extensive work done, and they made it possible. Even the shots going in weren't awful. 2 major procedures so far and I've come home with no extra sores in my mouth, no cracked corner lips. There was tears and humor in that office. Who laughs in the dentist chair? Amazing office, truly works together as a team and goes above and beyond to take care of you.

I did not have to wait too long after I arrived to be taken to the back. The hygienist knew what she was doing and took care of me very quickly. I was not as stressed out as I usually am.

My Dr ( at Ridgmar location).is beyond professional and has always been great in explaining any questions at length I would recommend him.and staff to anyone.

I was able to get an emergency appointment. I am having trouble with an abscessed tooth. Being on two immuno suppressants and having an auto immune condition makes things complicated. I saw one dentist that prescribed me 1 round of antibiotics and they didn't work. I saw Dr. Strickland and he was able to help me out.

I have always had good experiences with Monarch and Dr Singleton and staff. Very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I just had another appointment with Monarch Ridgmar. Dr.Strickland repaired one of my teeth quickly and painlessly! The whole crew is great.
