I'm 62 my whole life I have been ashamed of my teeth. Was made fun of. I wouldn't smile. I was scared of going to the dentist I've had terrible experiences with dentist that only cared about money. They did terrible work on my teeth. When I went to Monarch Dental at 1900 Mall Circle in Fort Worth The staff was very nice to me. The.dentist was a.very nice man that made me feel at ease with getting my teeth worked on. I appreciate his dedication to his work. I will not go anywhere else for my dental needs. He was the only dentist I've dealt with that cares about his patients more than the money. He and his associate that helped me made me comfortable and at ease. On a scale of 1 to 10 i give them a 100 for helping me. They are the best dental office in Fort Worth. They are a five star office. I go back on the 29th of Dec. To what I thought was 2 teeth pulled and a bridge. I've have been telling Evelyn C since Dec 8th I have 2600 dental benefits to use before the end of December or I will lose them. I had to verify myself before being seen. Isn't that the office dental ladies job? I even called my provider in a three way with Evelyn the office manager to get seen sooner. Evelyn could have got my authorization in 72 hours she did not. The office manager is lazy, rude, she tried to intimidate me it didn't work. I lost 2600 in dental benefits because she didn't do her job. I'm very disgusted with Evelyn not getting my authorization on time. Dr. Strickland is a good dentist the back office assistants are great, but the office manager Evelyn C needs to be replaced.
Friendly staff, made me feel at ease, great service, and Kris did a super job in examining and cleaning my teeth.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is as kind and helpful as can be, not to mention quick and great at their jobs. They won’t lecture you if you have any issues or don’t take good care of your teeth either. I would give them 6 stars if I could, can’t recommend them enough!
Honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I hate going to the dentist. Especially since they always try to charge me an arm and leg without explaining things to me. Nadia, Robin and Kris (the hygienist) were AMAZING! Helped with insurance, explaining everything and answering all my questions. All with a smile and great rapport! KRIS IS THE BEAT DENTAL HYGIENIST IVE EVER HAD! I cannot thank you enough! I honestly can’t wait for my next appointment lol.
I love this dental office, they are very friendly, understanding and accommodating. Dr. Strickland is awesome, he never makes you feel judged or bad about your dental problems and he’s always so calm and easygoing. I like that they work with your insurance and get you treatment plans so you know what you need to do to make your best smile happen.

Dr. Strickland and team have been my dental care for more than 20 years. It's rare to have that great level of care all these years. I feel like I struck gold. I consider myself lucky to not have to stress about my dentist.
I had a procedure with Dr. Horner. She did a great job, was quick and efficient, and very pleasant. Her office staff, both front and back were all very kind and professional. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely come back!
