Very attentive.

Just had 1st part of partial bridge work and Dr. Strickland personally called me to see how I was feeling. That alone makes me a loyal customer. Plus the excellent treatment for this scaredy-cat with needles. Great staff and hygienist made me feel welcome.

I was very pleased with the professional service and friendly staff at Monarch Dental and Orthodontal Clinic. The Doctor and staff were very attentive to my concerns and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this office for family and friends.

On 28 Aug 26, I went to Monarch Dental at Ridgmar for my annual Deep Tooth Cleaning. The front desk, hygeniest and Dr Strictland were all kind and professional. The hygienist is great performing the cleaning. You may pay a little more for the Deep Cleaning but it is well worth it. As they clean your teath around your gum line, they grade each tooth gum gap. They also provide a plan to preserve your gums with better brushing, oral rinses, and parodontax tooth paste. During this cleaning, the hygienest identified a cavity to the dentist, Dr Strictland and he filled it that visit. Great job Monarch team, you are the Best. ---☆☆ Monarch Dental at Ridgmar is most excellent in both treatment and service. The Dr Strickland is the very best in knowledge and kindness. His staff works hard to get you in and out on time. ... 21 March 2023, a tooth cracked (it caused headaches) and Monarch worked me their schedual that day! They fixed the tooth that stopped the pain! Thanks once again Dr Strickland and Monarch!

Dr. Strickland, is a very great man first he's a awesome dentist that treats you well. As for dentistry he's as gentle as can be. He always listens to me and goes the extra mile to help me. His staff are completely awesome and are fun. They make you feel comfortable and enjoy making jokes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Strickland for about 25 years plus and Dr. Strickland and his staff have always been very professional with their services. I have never had a complaint about anyone in the office and the dentist assistance have always been excellent in doing their work. I hope to continue going to Monarch in the near future. They provide outstanding service.

I was so nervous about going in for my Root Canal, because, well it's the dentist and I haven't had the best experience in the past. But Dr Strickland put me at ease, and he was very gentle. It was the best experience so far. Highly recommend 👌 ☺️

The doctor has the absolute perfect bedside manner—he is incredibly professional, friendly, approachable, and truly down to earth. I was a bit nervous, but he made me feel completely comfortable right from the start. He even gave me a shot to numb the area, and it didn’t hurt at all! The efficiency of this office is absolutely exceptional. He performed a root canal, prepped my tooth for a crown, and made a beautiful temporary crown all in about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes max. On top of the top-notch care, their in-house financing is incredibly reasonable and a total lifesaver. I saved so much money compared to other financing options I was looking at. If you want a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients, works quickly, and offers fantastic financial options, this is the place to go. Thank you for saving my tooth and making this such a smooth, blessed experience! P.S. The staff is also very amazing. Everyone was warm and friendly and the place is very inviting.

I have a difficult time going to dentist due to fwar and bad experiences in my childhood. Dr Strickland was on my insurance so I gave him a try. Like 20 years ago. It's a 40 minute drive but it's worth the extra time even though there are closer Monarch Dentals near me now. Dr Strickland has a gentle touch and has patience with me. I 100% recommend him.

Had an issue with cap, staff got me in pretty quick and Dr. Strickland made all good. Dr. Strickland and his staff are always the best with great attitudes and always helpful.

This, by far, has been the best dental office I've ever been in. The entire staff is wonderful. Imagine a dentist with great bedside manner! Trust was established immediately. They truly listen and hear you! I'm full of anxiety, have white coat syndrome, need some pretty extensive work done, and they made it possible. Even the shots going in weren't awful. 2 major procedures so far and I've come home with no extra sores in my mouth, no cracked corner lips. There was tears and humor in that office. Who laughs in the dentist chair? Amazing office, truly works together as a team and goes above and beyond to take care of you.

I did not have to wait too long after I arrived to be taken to the back. The hygienist knew what she was doing and took care of me very quickly. I was not as stressed out as I usually am.

My Dr ( at Ridgmar location).is beyond professional and has always been great in explaining any questions at length I would recommend him.and staff to anyone.

I was able to get an emergency appointment. I am having trouble with an abscessed tooth. Being on two immuno suppressants and having an auto immune condition makes things complicated. I saw one dentist that prescribed me 1 round of antibiotics and they didn't work. I saw Dr. Strickland and he was able to help me out.
