Had the best experience with Dr Brock Brown!! He is so genuine and makes the dental visit a breeze! If you’re needing a dentist, he’s your guy!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Dr. Mitchell and his assistant are amazing people. They put you at ease immediately! If you don't have a dentist I highly recommend Monarch Dental Services in Fort Smith.
I broke my partial which is a bridge and they were so kind and helpful and had it fixed in a very timely matter.
I am scared to death of visiting a dentist office but I was immediately put at ease.

Dr Brown was very friendly and caring. He did my cleaning himself.

I had been to several dentist across nwa in hopes of getting two painful teeth removed. Sure enough, dr duff got me in to look over everything, and dr Michael I believe is his name was able to remove them. Angela (if I remember correctly she checked me out) is amazing. I spoke with her over the phone and then at the appointment. She truly cares about patients. Her attitude even when you’re in pain will make you smile. She was phenomenal! Honestly thinking about starting to see them down here! Those three were awesome. They make you feel seen and taken care of! 10/10 recommend

Dr Duff got me out of a bind. His staff was so kind to get me into their office immediately when I called them about a crown that came off. Though I didn’t get the crown at Monarch, they still acted with the same urgency as if I did. Thanks Dr Duff and staff for taking such great care of me.

Dr Duff is my usual dentist but was booked up and I needed an emergency appointment so I had the option of seeing the new dentist Dr Mason Michell, he was great. If you have a fear of needles of just going to the dentist in general this is the person you want to see. He was great and giving shots, barely felt it, explained everything he was doing so nothing was a surprise. I am the worst person when it comes to dental phobia but left the office less anxious than when I came in. Monarch dental did a really good job of hiring both duff and Michell. I would recommend either one and feel better knowing that if one is busy and have to see the other one I’m in good hands.

First time visit, the staff was fantastic, friendly and on time. The exam was very thorough and the meeting with the dentist covered all my questions. There was a problem with my insurance and it was handled quickly without delaying my appointment. I honestly can not wait to have to procedure done on my teeth. I highly recommend Monarch Dental Clinic.

I can say enough nice things about this little place while we have had a hiccup with a past appointment where I didn’t get a text in a timely manner when they had to reschedule my appointment they are more than make up for it and just the general atmosphere Dr. Duff is awesome guy real friendly the lady at the desk that helped me she was a real sweetheart and you guys are great.
