The staff are great

Every employee, front desk, dental technician, and dentist where very friendly, professional, and personable. They made me feel at home as if we were old friends. I am a white knuckle person, ( hold on for dear life when I see a dentist) I was very comfortable with everyone. I am so glad I found Monarch Dental. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Brown and all the staff are kind snd professional.

I have had a great experience with Dr Duff and most of the Techs. Yesterday I had a bad experience one tech kept slipping and hitting my lips and left a broken piece in my mouth.

Dr Brown and everyone here is so nice. This is a great place.

Mr. Duff is a great dentist and extremely polite and attentive. All of the other staff and very nice and they were able to see me without much of a wait. I can’t recomend them enough.

Dr Duff got me out of a bind again! His staff was so kind and caring to get me into their office immediately when I called them about a crown that came off. Though I didn’t get the crown at Monarch, they still acted with the same urgency as if I did. Thanks Dr Duff and staff for taking such great care of me. I am grateful!

The Dental Staff were very professional when explaining to me that they no longer offer IV Sedation and apologize to me many times because their website had not reflected the recent changes. They did however offered the services in their Fayetteville AR location.

Dr Duff is hands down the best dentist I've ever had or met!

I replaced my dentures with new ones. Dr. Kenny Duff is always professional and has always done an excellent job for me, including dental implants. I would recommend him to anyone needing dental work. When the new ones came the uppers fit perfectly. I had to have a couple of adjustments on the lower and now they are excellent.

Dr. Duff is the best dentist i have found. Hes very methodical! He knows his stuff!!!! Very intelligent!!!! I will not go to another dentist! The office staff is awesome as well. They go above and beyond and just kind everyday people.

Was a short visit to get crown put in, very thorough, had it checked out and set, and I was on my way.

Dr Brown is the best!

Dr. Duff and Dr. Brown and the ENTIRE team are amazing. I started taking all three of my kids to the Ft Smith location around 2017 give or take a couple years. That's three different personality and three different possibilities of a sibling argument. Never in any of that time did either dentist get upset or mishandle kids. After watching how each dentist was with them...In 2024 I finally made the decision to get braces. I had such over crowding that it twisted my teeth. I am still in braces, but they look amazing. I have only ever had one issue and that was MY insurance company not reporting themselves paid. This staff has been amazing. It's like having a work bestie when you check out. They know all the good tea and I don't think I've ever avoided anyone there. It's rare to say about a practice in today's age due to dif beliefs, standards, or moods...BUT, I can confidently say, this particular Monarch is the BEST!!! I've gone to two other Monarchs and while they are pleasant and professional...no one has anything on this Ft Smith place. DO NOT CHANGE A THING!!!
