Dr Brown is the best!
Dr. Duff and Dr. Brown and the ENTIRE team are amazing. I started taking all three of my kids to the Ft Smith location around 2017 give or take a couple years. That's three different personality and three different possibilities of a sibling argument. Never in any of that time did either dentist get upset or mishandle kids. After watching how each dentist was with them...In 2024 I finally made the decision to get braces. I had such over crowding that it twisted my teeth. I am still in braces, but they look amazing. I have only ever had one issue and that was MY insurance company not reporting themselves paid. This staff has been amazing. It's like having a work bestie when you check out. They know all the good tea and I don't think I've ever avoided anyone there. It's rare to say about a practice in today's age due to dif beliefs, standards, or moods...BUT, I can confidently say, this particular Monarch is the BEST!!! I've gone to two other Monarchs and while they are pleasant and professional...no one has anything on this Ft Smith place. DO NOT CHANGE A THING!!!

I had major work done in the office to extract a tooth, remove three permanent crowns, and set a temporary bridge in place. Doctor Duff and his staff are remarkable. 24 hours later I have no pain and am functioning as normal as ever. I am so grateful to Dr Duff and his staff for taking such good care of me.
I suffer from major anxiety/panic attacks, and going to the dentist just brings my anxiety to surface. The Dr. and staff had me so at ease and comfortable during my many visits. I received the best dental work that I'm proud to show off. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a new Dentist. You will not be disappointed.

I quite literally left monarch dental in tears! Happy tears! After having a really bad experience at another dental office in town, I came to Monarch dental and was met with so much kindness. The doctor and staff were so accommodating to my needs and really took the time to listen to me. They even helped me With flexible financing after clearly explaining a treatment plan that would work for me! Im very grateful to all the staff who totally went out of their way for me! 🫶🏼🤍 you guys are the best!

What a great dentist Dr. Brown is! Recently I have had problems with my teeth crumbling, or breaking off easily, and Dr Brown has been so very good at working me in when I have problems with my teeth. His staff, especially his dental assistant, has been. so kind and always greets me with a beautiful smile. The receptionist, I am sorry I can't remember her name. She is Hispanic and so very kind and friendly to me. Dr. Brown and his staff are the best I have found..

Dr. Mitchell and his assistant are amazing people. They put you at ease immediately! If you don't have a dentist I highly recommend Monarch Dental Services in Fort Smith. I broke my partial which is a bridge and they were so kind and helpful and had it fixed in a very timely matter. I am scared to death of visiting a dentist office but I was immediately put at ease.
