Staff was excellent. The doctor explained the procedures throughly and his bedside manner was friendly, funny but efficient.

Such a wonderful place with a caring staff and doctors! Dr. Arab explained the entire process for my root canal and crown work thoroughly. His Interpersonal communication skills Put me at ease every time I went in for my work. The entire team was patient with me as I struggled through the root canal procedure. Making appointments for the entire duration was easy with front desk, and I never had any problems with wait time which is positive for me because they value patient's time as well. I am making Monarch Dental at Resler, on the West side, my choice for all my dental care.

No complaints. Very professional all around. William was a total star.

Everyone was very friendly, through and caring. I enjoyed my visit there. The dentist and hygienist asked me questions and were very gentle. They were concerned about any pain or discomfort. They also answered my questions, and gave me information and tips on care and good oral hygiene. The dentist kept asking me if I had any more questions or concerns that were not discussed yet. He was super through! I liked that.

I was very happy with the wait time, level of service and care that the staff from Monarch (Mesa location) provided. Valerie was super helpful in her knowledge and consultation. Suzy was delightful, professional and helped to calm my anxiety throughout. William was also pleasant in his demeanor and provided great dialogue and advice for my dental needs. Dr. Arab showcased strong interpersonal skills -was polite, friendly, and honest. He exercised his problem-solving skills and communicated a fair and compassionate plan that was suited to my specific needs. I am thankful to the entire team for providing such top tier customer service.

I recommend this practice. Easy to find, easy to park. Clean and welcoming. Friendly hygienist. Thorough cleanings without discomfort. Dentist answers all your questions. Accepts most insurance. They don’t try to push cosmetic procedures on you (but I think they offer at least some basic ones like whitening if you ask) Conveniently next door to an Albertsons 🛒

First time there, very friendly staff, hygienist and doctor. As the last patient of the day, they were very accommodating.

I have been a patient of Monarch Dental for over 15 and have always been happy with the service and staff!!!

I liked visiting with Monarch except I felt like I wasn't treated well by receptionist. I asked if I could make a deposit on estimated dental work, and I was given 24 hours to make my decision and pay 100% in 24 hours because the dentist perfming the work is leaving. She set me up with an appointment in October and couldn't commit to pricing. I wouldn't mind, bit she seemed like she wasn't interested in my issues. I'm hoping my next visit goes better. 🙏

I had a very bad toothache and Dr Chung discovered I needed a root canal, I’m very happy with Dr Chung!

The staff is polite, helpful and understanding when I got dates confused. The hygienist was super nice, as was the dentist I saw. All went smoothly for me, including the cleaning, and I was not overcharged, which is a nice change!

Started a little slow but service excelled afterwards. My 88 year old husband was very pleased with dentists attention and I was pleased with young lady at front desk checkout. Having worked in the industry, I can tell she knows her stuff. Thank You!
