However I deleted it and I'm writing a new review I would like to thank them at Monarch dental for stepping up and I'm giving them five-stars although the service was 10 stars for going above and beyond Today. They did everything that they could do to make sure I got the best care. Sandra who was very kind and polite and the dentist that was on duty today for giving excellent service I'm sorry I do not remember her name but she know who she is so I'll put the date in here today 10/10/24 Thank you for your excellence, kindness, And professionalism. The attentiveness to take care me was amazing.

Their facility is clean and well managed. The staff is always cordial and professional. The level of pain experienced has been minimal, in spite of the work performed.

This staff is really superb. From the minute you walk in the door Abigail is there and is always so sweet, courteous and helpful. Uni always makes me feel so at ease in the chair even though I have an anxiety disorder and dentist offices usually really freak me out. And Dr. Umapathy really knows her stuff and always makes sure you are comfortable and understand the process. I haven't met anyone here that didn't give A+ service. I'm just really grateful to have found a group like theirs!
