Wonderful highly professional service and nice people

I recently had to change dentists due to moving, and as someone who has had dental issues and in their chair often, This was the best dental experience I've ever had. As they do a filling came out and I needed to get it fixed. From Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Anna at the front desk who were kind and communicative about my insurance days before I went in to their kind and quick service when I went in. To the Hygienist Ms. Laura, who was kind, funny, and just so nice and patient. The Hygienist who did my cleaning, Ms. Deanna, was also kind and funny, She got me so clean and works so fast. To Dr. Crouch, Who I'm pretty sure is a Disney Princess in Dentist shape by day!! She was communicative about what all was going on, answered all my questions (silly and otherwise!) Listened to my concerns about previous issues with the novocain wearing off too quickly during a procedure, has a very gentle hand while all up in your face, (Literally :) ) and has just the calmest presence. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Physician or Hygienist was wonderful. He knows his job pretty good. I have never seen it done perfectly as he did. Kudos to him.

Everyone is friendly, caring, and professional. I have been going here for several years. I highly recommend them for families and singles. They have a very welcoming atmosphere. The office has clean restrooms.

I have been going to the dentist for many years. I have never had a exam that was this comprehensive and informative. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I would recommend them above every office I have ever be to.

Everyone at the clinic was great! Especially Rhonda, she's amazing! Had a very painful wisdom teeth problem and they were able to get me diagnosed and referred to a specialist very quickly. Very professional and friendly staff. Can't recommend them enough!

I highly recommend getting your teeth cleaned with Jeff. He makes sure you are informed about every step of the process and takes the time to explain what he is doing. Which helps you feel comfortable and at ease. Jeff is very friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients experience. Thank you Jeff, for providing such excellent care!

Dr. Crouch is a fantastic dentist. She has done many procedures on me, making sure there's no pain and that I understand what she's doing. Beautiful cosmetic work as well! I feel so lucky to have found her and my wonderful hygienist right close to home at Monarch.

I definitely recommend this Monarch Dental! I rarely write reviews, But I think they deserve a shout out 😀 I am SO afraid of the dentist! I used Covid as an excuse to not go to the dentist for a year. Unfortunately, my healthy teeth developed problems…😬 Dr. Edie Crouch is experienced and knowledgeable. No pain! She is so sweet and I felt very comfortable with her. She is also hilarious! When I went to my periodontist after my appointment at Monarch, he was amazed at how well the dental hygienist cleaned my gums. I wish I could remember her name! My current dental hygienist, Jeff, is also great. He patiently listens to my questions and explains things to me thoroughly. Very smart! Also, just a super nice guy and fun to talk to. I hope you give them a try!

Every experience at Monarch Dental Casa Linda has been a very positive one. The check-in process is quick. They explain all the charges. The wait time is minimal. The dental hygienist is very pleasant and thorough. The dentist is very good. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful highly professional service and nice people

Had to have two procedures done, very professional, love the dentist, the assistant was good too. I just have a hard time with the cost of any procedure being over $200 regardless of what it is….other than that, this is the only dentist I will go to.

Great experience with Dr Crouch. Kiki, DA was great also with a smile at every point from X-rays, exam, and Crown (all in the same visit).
