I had a good experience. My hygienist, Jeff, was very kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Dr. Crouch was also pleasant and knowledgeable.

Everyone was very helpful with me and my husband.We are Old people and need assistance with a great many things I am grateful for the kindness and respect shown to us by Monarch Dental Services.

Everything was great!

Went in to re-glue a large filling in my molar that had fallen out. The staff was very friendly. The Tech at the front in a green puffy vest was so nice. She found a great price for the xray! And she was just so courteous and Fun! Dr. Eddie Crouch was outstanding! Turns out she had glued the same filling in 2018. She replaced the filling and wished me well. No upsale, no pressure to buy anything extra and I was in & out in 45 minutes! What a breath of fresh air!

As always, prompt, courteous service and at a great price. Convenient location as well

I was hesitant to go back to the dentist and waited until now but I am glad I did it was pretty smooth. I’m going back for a second round and feel much better ♥️

The staff at Monarch Dental are all wonderful! I like their attitudes and professionalism and definitely their kindness! I have the best dentist EVER!! Dr Crouch is amazing!! She keeps me informed on each step she makes when working on my mouth so I’m not surprised and I appreciate that. She is always so kindhearted and I love her humming!!! I would recommend the team in a heartbeat

Dr. Dean is absolutely amazing. She walks you step by step thru process. I had a fractured tooth and she made sure no pain during extraction and placing an implant. Both of us were also cracking jokes. HIGHLY recommend for anyone needing an oral surgeon.

Per usual, I had a fantastic experience at Monarch Dental in Casa Linda. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and incredibly professional. They mentioned they were running behind but it was only 10 minutes so I wouldn’t consider that running behind.

Dr. Crouch and her DA are thorough, gentle, and as usual take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. Root canals/crowns aren’t usually an easy experience but I have nothing negative to say. It was so easy and great! I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

I wasn’t able to return for my cleaning after my crown yesterday because life got in the way. But I will be calling to reschedule my cleaning.

Thank you to the whole team for making my visit so pleasant—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending you to others!

Looked very busy, but when she speaking to each person she made us feel heard and not rushed.

I come here all the way from Allen to here on this location.
Just because the Doctor we were seeing is left from Monrch and New Doctor was not available on my schedule appointment day/date at Allen location.
To reschedule appointment Front desk staff try to reach us 25min before the schdule appointment (day/time) by that time i was already at Allen location.
While standing there shocking info for me is .....available Time slot was after 2 weeks.
We were having some emergency front desk staff Leela in Allen location help us
To get same day appointment on different location.
Here i would like to mention Dr Jessica Houng is really nice, she listen the problem and explained to us How she will treat the problem.
In the beginning i was worried but endup calmly just because of Dr Jessica Haung

I was treated very kindly at this dentist office by the staff at and the dentist all of my concerns and need were taken care of and the dentist wrote me 2 prescription
1 for pain medicine and(1) for a antibiotic for my hurting and infected tooth and gave me a referral to see a specialist for a root canal I was very pleased with my 1st time visit there I will be coming back there for my dental needs

I have always had a good experience during my appointments (which is why I'm giving 3 stars), but the office is a mess. I have a question about a bill and have called 3 times and still no answer. The first time I was on hold for over 30 mins and had to hang up. The second time I finally got in touch with the manager, and she said their systems were down and she would call me back next week. Its been over 2 weeks and I am trying to get ahold of her, and have currently been on hold for 18 minutes and counting. This is absolutely ridiculous.
