Rather chill in all honesty besides the fact the dentist I was going to see almost snapped my tooth in half but luckily she didn't I probably should clarify as to not damage anyone's reputation I went there to get a brace removed and have the remaining cement removed and my two top row of teeth on either side are sticking out slightly and she went to get the cement of the right one and my canine tooth wasn't having it she accidentally applied a little too much pressure and it caused me to say Oww! But luckily she stopped when I said that. Keep up the good work The 18yr that had trouble signing the clipboard.~

Very polite and kind staff. Very knowledgeable dentist. Great teacher. A little hectic and harried still does not have a hygienist. Appt. time was appropriate and only a short wait for the dentist. Had a good experience.

Came in to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The staff was very helpful and offered various financing offers if needed. The staff was polite and very organized. Will use again!!

Ok, These guys are so amazing. I was shaking scared from my anxiety and they calmed me down. There was no pain during the procedure. They made sure to continue to ask if I was ok. OMG! They actually read my chart. How many times do you go to a place and have to tell them what your history is again and again and what your allergic to. She said I see you have TMJ, it made me smile because no one care to look at those things. She knew I was allergic to morphine (Not that I was getting any, but it was on my paper). She went over the different things we could do and also had an $80 1 year plan that came through them because my insurance was not covering a lot of the work and made it substantially cheaper. Super amazing people, and when I told them about my daughter they recommended a place for her to go and I am very excited about that as well. Ok, I know I am going on and on, but they really are amazing and sweet. Dr. Shelly Sanford is the one I saw there and she was amazing! Her team is as well, but unfortunately I do not know their names. I would have loved to mention them as well, but hey they laughing gas took over.

Took my awesomely special daughter in for a filling and cleaning today 8/2/2022. The doctors and Staff went above and beyond to make sure she was totally at ease and unafraid of the procedure. This means so much to the parent of a special child at any age! I highly recommend these folks as mom is also a patient and very satisfied customer!

Monarch Dentistry in Conway Arkansas is amazing. I have never been treated with such kindness, compassion and professionalism by everyone in the office. I am 68 years old and have been to "numerous" dentist throughout the years. I am so thrilled to have found Monarch Dentistry. I have recommended them to numerous people and they have had the same experience. I never knew there was a dentist office out there that made you feel so comfortable. I went to them for the first time in June of 2022 to get a crown. This week I had an emergency with a tooth and was able to get in immediately because of their emergency services. Monarch Dentistry even has finance plans for anyone needing it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONARCH DENTISTRY IN CONWAY ARKANSAS!!!

I had a positive experience here! They were able to get me in faster than other offices, and everyone I encountered over there was very kind. Some hygienists will ask a ton of questions despite their hands being your mouth, but not here :) I did experience longer wait times while in the back, but I don't think that is something to deduct stars over since my actual procedures were quite fast. Overall, there are good people here, and I'll definitely return.
