This was my first visit to Monarch Dental The ladies at the front were super nice and friendly. When I was called in, the lady that took my x-rays was super friendly and sweet. And Dr Martinez was very friendly and explained everything in a nice and understandable manner. All in all, this is the best experience I have ever had at a dental office 👍

Monarch Dental has always taken excellent care of my teeth/mouth. I am grateful for that. I miss Dr. Banks but wish him the best - and Dr. Sanford is such a blessing and I’m so happy that she’s my dentist now. We’re working together to take care of my teeth!!
A truly great place , I had the joy of being treated by Ms. Shelley Sanford and simply put that woman is a blessing , she went out of her way to make sure I left feeling better , and made sure I didn’t leave in bad shape even with the circumstances I had , great all around experience and I honestly am glad I came across them as a dentist

Kind, friendly people. Professional and explanatory of the procures and why they need to be done. Nurse even went above and beyond after I mentioned my autism to make sure I was comfortable before the doctor was brought in. Great place. 30 years in Conway, still my favorite in oral health.

Dr. Banks is very kind and clearly passionate. He will take his time and answer all of your questions. Dr. Bauer explained all the options to me and didn't pressure me to make a decision. Highly recommend either Dr Banks for general dentistry or Dr Bauer for Ortho care

Best and most professional visit I've had to a dental office. Dr. Banks was so patient and kind. The staff were also prompt and made the process very seamless.I actually overheard Dr. Banks have to deal with somewhat of a disgruntled patient (Due to no fault of thrs)and he handled the guy with such class and professionalism. I had already planned to leave a great review and am obliged to give credit where credit is due. This is a great place for dental work. Clean, quiet, professional, prompt and courteous.👌🏽
My son had an appointment yesterday and is in bad pain. They were suppose to call in antibiotics for the abscess and never did. Tomorrow is thanksgiving and my son will still be in pain. 😢 I would like to add. After the day of not getting my son medication. I talked to Dr Banks on the after hours emergency line. He understood everything and went over and beyond to get my son some medication called in and he also called the pharmacy to make sure they received the prescription. He wished us a happy holiday. I am changing my 1 star to 4 star solely because Dr Banks was amazing.
