The office staff are very efficient which makes the check-in process so much easier. Yolanda, my hygienists actually cares about your dental care. She knows her patients very well. Really encourages you to take better care of your teeth between visits, and compliments you when she notices improvements. Very nice experience.

Dr. Walker, Ms. Yolanda, Ms. Kameka, Ms. Holly, Demarcus I mean really EVERYONE that I came into contact with was super amazing! This office really cares about your mouth and also care about you as a person. This has been the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Even the Orthodontist I think his name is Dr. Alexander was amazing! If you’re looking for a dentist this is the place to go. They take the time to truly explain things to you. I’m so thankful.
I appreciated how Yolanda (hygienist) explained the oral cancer screening, after I inquired. She was very helpful and detailed, always a pleasant experience when interacting with Yolanda.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at home .. Rachel greeted me with a smile that brightened my day right on up .. I met Taylor, who is as sweet as tha day is long & such a joy to work with .. Miguel treated me like a favorite auntie & I couldn't be more grateful .. my superhero is Dr Siv, who created a treatment plan that worked, then went above & beyond when I had my surgeries done .. the entire staff @ Monarch in Cedar Hill deserves many kudos for being warm, caring, professional & kind human beings & I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name to give them a mention here today .. I walked in as a patient & left feeling like a part of an amazing family 💙💙💙
Omg!!!! I had services on yesterday 9-18-2023 and I must say the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!! The office manager, Camika is God sent!!! Their location didn’t have any openings and instead of her scheduling the next day or another day, she called around to check other locations. No luck! She heard my pain over the phone and was able to squeeze me in at her office ( same day) lucky me huh?! I went in “ hurting” and came out “smiling”. Her customer service is a BEAST! While waiting for my appointment information from another staff member. She stepped in asked if I had any questions , she went over my paperwork with me and explained financial options to help me pay for the treatment that I need. She even called me after my visit to check on me and provide me with great news about my upcoming appointment! Let’s just say, ALL BASES ARE COVERED! 🙌🏽 Nice clean facility, Dr. Walker and her assistant was so polite, general and down to earth during my exam and with staff members like Camika, I don’t want to go anywhere else! Thank you again and again!!!!!!

I love the hygienist. She’s thorough and goes the extra mile. I would give them 5 stars but the Cedar Hill location keeps overcharging me. I have a credit on my account, but I’d rather have my money back.

The Power went out due to the rain, and those ladies still worked it out. They made sure My mouth was pain free, and I walked out still smiling and shining. She fixed it in the dark… She is definitely in her ministry and the Lord has her positioned just right… Amen…

The dentist and assistant were thorough. They captured what customer service is all about even when you are a patient. The wait to see the doctor was under an hour.
Went to Monarch Dental today for consultation and was treated with much respect, the receptionist Mrs.Camika Collins was great gave me much needed info, the Doctor who looked at me and the young lady that assisted the Doctor everyone was great i will follow up. Thanks
Check in and no issues. At treatment room once the doctor numb me. It took them 35 minutes to came back. No apology from them
