Visit: 8/17/2026: You did your big one on this one. First visit with him (the new dentist) he low key correcting the previous dentist mistake and for that I’m grateful. Also the hygienist Yolanda here is awesome. Nothing else to commend here 😔. The Cedar Hill location is in dire need of upgrades and repairs. On a few occasions one of the patient chairs were inoperable so I was escorted to another room where the computer didn’t work. Y’all have to do better. I have spent way too much money with you guys to get the type of service I have received here lately. I have found myself giving more solutions to the concerns I have with this practice when dentistry is not my field of expertise. Visit: 9/15/2026 The new dentist at this Cedar Hill branch is on top of his game‼️ He LISTENS, seriously considers my concerns and educates while providing an awesome bed side manner. He’s a keeper. However he would be able to operate more effectively and efficiently with better resources.

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for a couple of years now and everyone is always very kind. They make you feel comfortable during your visit and they have a calming environment. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is an amazing location. Ms. Mabel at the front desk always goes above and beyond with everyone she comes in contact with. She has a servant's heart and I am grateful God has placed her in this industry. She is patient as well as kind which goes a long way. Ms. Yolanda is my hygienist and she has over 30 years of experience and she is amazing. She takes the time to explain to you what work she will be completing when you meet with her. You can tell Ms. Yolanda has a passion for what she does. She does it effortlessly without fail. Hats off to an amazing team at Monarch Dental at Cedar Hill. Do not hesitate to visit their office. You will not regret it!!!!!

The building is always clean and pleasant. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Im able to get services needed in a quick time frame and I appreciate this.

I have been a patient at Monarch Dental in Cedar Hill for more than five years, and throughout that time my experience has been outstanding. The staff has consistently been professional, friendly, caring, and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Mabel, Yolanda, and Helen for the exceptional service they provide. When I walk into Monarch Dental, I am greeted by Ms. Mabel’s smiling face and friendly welcome. For a patient like me who can sometimes be nervous about going to the dentist, that makes a real difference. On one occasion, my insurance did not fully cover the dental treatment I needed. Ms. Mabel immediately stepped in and explained that Monarch had financial assistance options that might help me. She treated me as more than just another patient. She took the time to help me find an option I could afford, and I have never forgotten that kindness. Mabel, Yolanda, and Helen also demonstrate what teamwork should look like. When the front desk becomes busy, they assist one another and make sure patients are taken care of. They are knowledgeable in their individual responsibilities, but they never seem to have the attitude that something is “not my job.” They work together for the benefit of the patients. I would also like to recognize the excellent care I receive from the hygienist. She is professional, patient, and very good at communicating what she is doing. Most importantly for me, she knows how to calm a nervous patient, and that is not a small accomplishment. Another thing I appreciate about the Cedar Hill team is how carefully they explain treatment. Whether a patient is there for a cleaning, filling, crown, or another dental procedure, the staff takes time to explain what will be done, review X-rays, answer questions, and make sure the patient understands. That level of communication helps build trust and makes the dental experience much less stressful. I do not know whether Monarch Dental has an Employee of the Month or another recognition program, but I believe Ms. Mabel, Yolanda, and Helen deserve to be recognized for the outstanding service they provide. Employees who consistently make patients feel valued and cared for are employees worth keeping. I also want other patients to know that if financial concerns are preventing them from getting needed dental treatment, they should not be embarrassed or afraid to ask about available options. I asked for help when I needed it, and Ms. Mabel helped me find an option that saved me a considerable amount of money. I am very grateful that I asked. Because of the care I receive from this team, I no longer mind going to the dentist twice a year. Mabel, Yolanda, Helen, and the rest of the Cedar Hill staff make you feel less like a patient walking into a dental office and more like someone they genuinely care about. Please accept my sincere thanks and recognize these outstanding employees for the difference they make every day. The receptionists and all the staff members are very friendly and professional. My Hygienist is very good at her profession. She is gentle at doing her job event though there will be times when you are getting your teeth clean you really can feel a little pain. Now this could come from the condition of your teeth, I don't know. I never asked that question. I assume that it's just normal to feel some pain sensation. The Dental Assistants make sure they take the proper X-Rays that has been requested by the Hygienist or the requirement of Monarch Dental every 6 mos.or every year. I have only one complaint and that involves seeing the doctor after your cleaning. Usually it takes 15-20 minutes before you can see the doctor. Normally I have other things to do once I see the Hygienist, I am ready to go. If the Dentist is doing a filling that means you got to wait until the Dentist finish. Maybe Monarch Dental could hire another Dentist just to make sure that everything is okay or see if you want some other services like implants or a bridge, so the patient want have to wait so long on the main Dentist. Each time I get my teeth cleaned, I have had to wait at least 15-20 minutes on the Dentist. Overall the service is good and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Everyone was kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I appreciate the excellent care and customer service. Front desk friendly welcome. Suggestion would be that if possible have a small towel to cover face during cleaning to avoid the splashing of water. Little uncomfortable. Everything looks nice and clean. Thank you.

Very very great experience here. I came for my braces consultation and everything was great so we went ahead and started my braces journey same day. They got me and out in less than 2 hours, the orthodontist was super sweet and talked me through the entire process and let me know everything she was doing the entire time. Staff was wonderful and made my birthday morning very bright. I’ve never been to a better dental spot. If i could recommend and dental place it’ll be them !
