What can't I say about Monarch Dental of Benton. I mean I was very hesitant about driving all the way to Benton from North Little Rock for my extraction. But I can honestly say it was worth the drive. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. When I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and kindness. When I went back for my percedure they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Martinez was amazing! Alisha, Trinity, and Crystal were phenomenal. If I had to come back for the drive to this location, I definitely will do it. Great teamwork and team effort shown throughout the Monarch Dental of Benton, Arkansas.

They are so helpful with financing. They don't judge you on ur credit . She literally helped me get financed so I could get the procedures that I needed. The girls in the back are very nice and they are super gentle. Dr.Martinez is super! He helped me decide on what whas best for me instead of telling me what I should do. He gave me alternatives and I really liked that. It's nice to have a place in town that actually cares for their patients and listens to them.

After seeing 4 other dentists l, I found Dr. Martinez at Monarch Dental (Benton,Arkansas) He was the only one to give me a definitive answer to the problem with my tooth and decided to pull it because it wasn't savable. Everyone else i went to gave me the run around but not Dr. Martinez. He was upfront and honest and very professional and kind. It just goes to prove that an immigrant can be the best doctors you'll find. I was in complete pain yesterday but today because of his cutting edge technology and experience I am in just minor pain. He's a great dentist and I would recommend Dr. Martinez to anyone especially if you've gone to other dentists that say they can't do anything for you. Thanks goes out to the staff for being so kind and Dr. Martinez for his excellent work. I thank you Sir for everything.

Dr. Kevin Martinez is awesome! He helped me out in a pinch today and saved the day! Alisha was so friendly and made me comfortable! Crystal at the front desk is so nice and helpful! This team was great!

Alisha was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My overall experience from the front desk to the dentist and the procedure was excellent.

Had a molar pulled. I don’t know what Dr. Martinez did differently versus previous dental providers but I’m 24+ hours after the procedure and, no exaggeration: ZERO PAIN. I can feel the physical swelling against the inside of my cheek but besides that…absolutely painless. I’m astonished. …and obviously wholly satisfied with the treatment I received from the clinic as well. That’s why I’m here anyways, right?? 🤣

Big improvements from past experiences here. Alicia & Dr. Martinez are a welcome addition at the Benton branch.

Good Evening So I went to the Dentist thinking that oh I got decent teeth and everything else but I was in for a rude awakening, but I wanna say that Dr. Hernandez he is amazing. Dr. Hernandez is very informative and very nice and his team is amazing. I will be back to get some more work done and he will be my dentist for a long time thank you all so much. See you all soon.

I had a filing done by DR Martinez this afternoon at Monarch Dental in Benton AR and could not be more pleased! His explanations of what was being done and providing the opportunity for patient feedback were both reassuring and resulted in a pain free and successful procedure. I highly recommend DR Martinez as he absolutely ensured I was satisfied with the results of his professional work.

I should give 5 stars but it was only first visit.. I saw Dr Tolliver yesterday and I felt so comfortable listened to and secure of his experience and wisdom.. Everyone in their office were just wonderful.. Having a lot done in my nest future I am very pleased with the way they have been to me .. Thanks so much to all of you.. if one can look forward to a dentist appointment I really do .. I get really anxious and sometimes panic but I do feel that with the way they made me feel at ease and cared for .. it means a lot to a patient that is aging and having these fears in life.. Thanks again for your gentle kindness and attentiveness..

They accept United Concordia (military dental), the staff is super nice, and they took great care of my teeth. I hate the shots in the gums but that’s a necessary evil.

My first visit to this office was an emergency appointment. I had to have a root canal the same day. Chelsea Seelinger performed my root canal & she was AMAZING! The procedure was painless during and after. The assistants and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dentist and location to anyone needing dental services!
