Dr. Ingel was professional and thorough and performed a root canal that was quick and virtually painless. I have a real fear of dental work and it was put to rest with how they all catered to my anxiety.
Although I only went in for a consultation, I did not wait long. Dr. Dean explained everything in detail. Their front office staff was nice.
I had a great experience at Monarch dental on Bedford I have had some pretty bad experiences with dental offices in the past, not great communication and overall rude attitude and made me apprehensive to get the proper dental care I needed. But at Monarch dental, they were so sweet and communicated everything to me regarding dental plans and what they were doing while I was at my appointment and just made sure that I was comfortable and understood all the things that I needed to!!

So I have been told to not go to a chain Dentists because they treat you like just a number. Honestly I experienced this at other Dentists. I decided to try Monarch, and to be honest they are wonderful. All of the staff is terrific at this location. They knew I had anxiety and took a moment to recognize that and really took care of me. I have a clean mouth, better smile and will always choose to come back here.

The hygienist new hygienist Jessica introduced herself and was very friendly. She did a very thorough and careful job cleaning my teeth. Very good dental services from all of the staff.

Going to the dentist completely overwhelms me but Monarch has changed that. The second I walk in the door, the front office staff is so friendly. Jessica the hygienist explained every step of my deep clean. Having what I need all in one place helps scheduling things. Rachel explained the financial side in detail and I understood it clearly. I really look forward to continuing my dental journey with peace of mind. Thanks for being amazing y'all and helping me learn to trust the process.
