I severely cracked a couple of teeth a few months ago and needed quick attention. I went to Monarch and the office staff was very friendly and extremely helpful working me in that day.
Dr. Cole and Tracy really took care of me. They gave me medication to get rid of the infection and then I returned a week later and they took care of my teeth. Great experience.

These guys are awesome!!! I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with them. They’re flexible when you run a little behind, pleasant, professional, and all around good people. 👍🏾

I was treated with the upmost respect and I feel I was completely examined concerning my dental health. Everything was showed and explained to me. And the whole Staff treated me kindly and with respect. I trust Dr. Kol's recommendations for my dental care needs. The office is very clean and in order.

I have met with different staff members when I have dental care done at Monarch. Every staff member is awesome. I didn't catch my dental hygienist's name but she is wonderful as is Dr. Cole. The front desk receptionists was very kind and efficient.

My issue was handled quickly with two options. Staff were attentive and explained the procedure very well. I was happy with the treatment plan.

I had a dental appointment yesterday, and I was so impressed with the care I received. Hygienist Diane was incredibly kind,professional and made me feel ease throughout the appointment. She was very gentle during the cleaning. It was one of the best dental experiences I've had. Highly recommend.

Love this location they so knowledgeable and saved us thousands of dollars for something not necessary. Gave both my girls a brand new smile. Go see their ortho team and the receptionist there are fast and friendly. Wait time not bad at this location have you in and out. Thank you Monarch Dental!!!

Only thing I will change is getting what I actually requested was the my 669.00 dollar receipt showing what those monies went to per showing the differences of balance for my husband account. The doctors name and business card of where we are suppose to go for my Husband Dental Surgery on Friday. I feel that was a bit different and strange not to get the name of the doctor at all. Or the physical copy of my John Hancock signature when requested for using my Care Credit card. May be I was too nice which is why I did not get everything requested from the front desk.

We appreciate the doctor making sure we got our teeth polished, flossed and fluoride. Even though we did not get a Full Teeth Cleaning from the Dental Hygienist, Michelle who is a temp there on the floor since, Ms. Robyn made a mistake with our scheduling for my Husband and I per how she put in our Cleaning Appts as Regular visits per the Doctor and Front Desk Ms. Michelle. We hope they don't charge our Insurance for a full cleaning we did not receive. We appreciate Ms. Tracy doing the polishing, flossing, and fluoride treatment to hold us over. #FridayJanuaryof26th2024
