I had a great experience at Monarch Dental - Copeland. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the office maintains excellent hygiene standards, which is something I personally pay close attention to. Everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental clinic with great cleanliness and customer care. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a dental appointment yesterday, and I was so impressed with the care I received. Hygienist Diane was incredibly kind,professional and made me feel ease throughout the appointment. She was very gentle during the cleaning. It was one of the best dental experiences I've had. Highly recommend.

Where do I begin, I went to the office for a routine exam. The office was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was little overwhelmed and because of that I believe she couldn't be as courteous and amicable as I would expect most front desk people to be. She was however attentive in letting me know they were short staffed and apologized about the wait time to even check in. There was about a 25 minute wait after my scheduled appt time which I admit was a little frustrated by. However, the service I received from Cynthia and Dr. Rushin made up for it. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly gentle with care. I have been to some dentist where they forget their job is actually tied to a human being and what may seem routine to them and even mechanical still requires the touch of someone with compassion and empathy. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but they seemed to have soothed my anxiety. I still have to go back for my cleaning so will post after that experience. Thank you Monarch!

Once they got me back they were able to fix my chipped tooth quickly and did so if a functional and price effective way. Also fit me in for my cleaning i had scheduled later this month so i didn’t have to pay a second copay.

The dental hygienist Diane was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist Dr. Kol was also excellent. She was knowledgeable and informative as well. I received an excellent dental health education. Thank you ladies job well done.

Diane performed another great hygiene work again! She is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring for my teeth. The only thing that bothered me was the environment. Felt like I walked into a funeral. It was not the same. I have been with Monarch over 10 years and this was the first time I didn't enjoy the visit. In addition, too, I felt I was charged a lot for this visit. I will contact my insurance to view my coverage. I miss the old staff and greetings.
