Staff is VERY professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. Not a long wait at all before actually seeing a healthcare professional. The dentist and assistant were on fleek. The office has a very pleasant environment which contributes, along with the care, to the wholly satisfying and enjoyable experience.

I severely cracked a couple of teeth a few months ago and needed quick attention. I went to Monarch and the office staff was very friendly and extremely helpful working me in that day.
Dr. Cole and Tracy really took care of me. They gave me medication to get rid of the infection and then I returned a week later and they took care of my teeth. Great experience.

I have met with different staff members when I have dental care done at Monarch. Every staff member is awesome. I didn't catch my dental hygienist's name but she is wonderful as is Dr. Cole. The front desk receptionists was very kind and efficient.
The dental hygienist Diane was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist Dr. Kol was also excellent. She was knowledgeable and informative as well. I received an excellent dental health education. Thank you ladies job well done.
