Dr. Thompson and her staff are true professionals. My entire family goes here. Braves turned out great. Never any issues. Very kind staff. Fixed my chipped front tooth and you cannot tell! Gave me my smile back!!

So grateful for Toby getting me a appointment the same day.since most offices including My own was closed on Fridays. I had a toothache and was desperate for care. Once arriving all the staff was amazing and very welcoming. The xray tech was awesome.Dr.Thompson was very attentive and helped me feel comfortable under her care.It was a long drive but I do plan to see Dr.Thompason and team for future dental work. Hello my name is Latoya.I would like to thank Dr.Thompson and staff at Monarch on Pleasant Ridge Road in Arlington for great customer service.The ladies at the front desk was ready to help, the lobby was very clean with hand sanitizer bottles.The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.Dr.Thompson nice and straight to the point.I will for sure refer my family and friends to monarch.This was my first time to ever visit this facility, I walked in happy and left happy.

Very friendly staff. The techs were very thorough and professional. The Dr. performing the root canal was gentle and mindful of my pain tolerance. He explained every step of the procedure. I did not experience any discomfort even with the initial injections. Might be the least stressful root canal I remember having over the years of this type procedure. Thank you.

Had a cleaning with Canessa, and she was terrific! It was my first time with her, and I always get anxious when dealing with a new hygienist. She put me at ease and did a super job.

My experience with the oral surgery team was exceptional... the only thing i wish was done was send the post op document in email the week before the surgery instead of havinfg to wait for the day of the surgery when you can't go to the store to pickup thing identified in the document

I've had several different procedures done at Monarch Dental including fillings, root canal, braces, etc. I've always been very satisfied. This week i had my regular cleaning. It was the best experience yet. My hygienist, Canessa, was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for it to have gone better. Canessa was very thorough. I tend to have a problem with the water sprayed in my mouth during any procedure and Canessa made sure that I had ample opportunities to spit the water out. It doesn't sound like a major problem, but for me, it is and I truly appreciated Canessa making sure that it didn't become a problem for me during the cleaning. I whole heartily recommend Monarch Dental in Arlington.
