Monarch's staff does a great job in taking care of it's patients. Angie cleaned my teeth - professional and pretty quick too.

All the staff from the reception to intake to the doctors are also very friendly, patient and take time to explain things.

The wait wasn't too long and the staff was friendly. The exam was quick and, relatively, painless. Next week im going back to start fixing some serious damage and I feel confident that I'm in good hands.

I wish the hygienist is more gentle and not in a hurry. I had so much pain and soreness/tears in my gums after my treatment.

The staff was very nice and took care of my needs quickly. The dentist did an excellent job on my appointment and I didn't feel anything during the procedure and the pain afterwards is far less than I expected.

Dr J and Dr Ortiz are great dentists but the ladies working the front and back are wonderful. The personal approach to help the patient feel comfortable is above compare!!!
