Monarch Dental does a really great job! From text reminders for your appointments to a cheerful and professional staff, my experience with them over the past years has been A+. I had a crown replaced and it was the best experience of any I have had. Gentle and caring. Professional and thorough. I have nothing to rate them down from 5 stars for!

Dr. Brown and staff including Courtney office manager and dental assistant Tahalia very kind to accommodate me and help give me treatment options considering time constraints. Not all dental complications have easy solutions but I felt I was treated very fairly and given clear communication on treatment options. Dental care was gentle and thorough. I recommend their office highly.

I have been coming here for awhile and all of the people who work here have always been exceptionally kind and extremely helpful. Usually I feel judged when I go to dentist but they continue to make me feel comfortable

All the staff are very friendly. I don't have to wait a long time before starting my appointment. Everyone is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions I have.

I love this Dentist office. Not many people say that about the Dentist but it's true. From the staff at the front desk to when you get in the back sitting in the chair they treat you like a family member and always have a smile when they greet you. They are the best in the business.

Best experience I’ve ever had! The last Dentist I went too (Stonehaven) said it would be $1,400 for my root canal and refused to let me get my tooth pulled and refused to give me any other options. Monarch gave me hope that my one bad tooth is totally fixable and not $1,400

Friendly, very professional, not pushy when it comes to a treatment plan. I already made another appointment to begin treatment. Looking forward to working with Monarch Dental for the foreseeable future.

Great staff in front office and all the way through! Updating 6 months later: Everyone treats me right at this office as well as other offices when needed. I do recommend.

This office is so helpful. I am currently going through chemo and it is effecting my gums. They helped me through prescriptions to make this more tolerable and hints and suggestions to make life more tolerable. Deanna Larson

Dr. Brown is a sensative , thoughtful dentist. Her soft feminine voice is soothing and comforting in the dental process for those with anxiety. She is thorough, careful with tools and moves gently in the mouth . Her assistants are professional, sensative and concerned about patients comfort. This is the very best experience I have had in all years I have tried different dentists. I prefer her to any male dentist I have gone to.

I had a great experience at Monarch Dental. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and even though I was tight on time, they got the job done with no problems. Additionally, the cost was about half what I was paying my former dentist. They have gained a new customer.

Dr. Brown is incredible! Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. She explained step by step what was happening as she worked and would check in often to see if I was comfortable or needed a break. Treatment plans are easy to understand, the prices are reasonable, and the rest of the staff have been great to work with as well. This is the only dental office I’m going to from now on!

This was my first time with them, and the doctor was great explaining step by step what it was needed. She answered all my questions, and was patient explaining the treatment that I need. At the end when they explained the treatment, and the cost of it, I was really surprised to see the prices, they were reasonable, and affordable. I want to say that I went before to another dental office (I will give my review of them later), and for the same treatment they were charging me the triple of it. I have my appointment for the treatment this week and I’ll see how it goes, and I’ll continue with my review. Oh I need to say that my son also was checked, and they told me that he only needed three filings, when in the other place they told me that my son had many cavities. I already like them, because I see that they are honest.

I appreciate it that the office was able to get me in quickly for a repair of a broken tooth very grateful for Dr. Brown and her kindness and compassion and skill.

Staff was fantastic, all very friendly and easy to get along with. Dentist was also amazing, constantly checking in that I was comfortable and doing okay.

My 7yr old was needing a tooth extracted and after meeting with 3 other dentists we decided to give Monarch a try. Thankfully we did because we got the care and compassion we were looking for. A quick appointment and gentle hands were exactly what we needed. We were truly blessed by this experience and my daughter has walked away from her first big dental treatment with zero trauma. Definitely a successful experience.
