Very good at their job

They are very fast, very friendly and very thorough. They do a very good job. I would recommend them.

They were about 15 minutes late, but moved me through once we got going

I have been dreading going back to the dentist, but it had been 6 years and I had a cavity... 2 actually come to find out. I always have a problem with pain, the shots never seem to get to the right place or nearly enough. The dentist I saw yesterday was mindful of my insecurities that the Novicaine would work and made sure I was completely numb. She was calm and kind and very knowledgeable. I already made another appointment for my cleaning and will be seeing the dentist regularly for preventative care.

The entire experience was exceptional! The entire staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered and my dental needs were met. I would highly recommend Monarch Dental!!

Great care thru the full process. I came in with a tooth injury (turned out to be a cracked crown) and they got me put back together no pain no fuss!

They away do a great job with co grabbing my teeth!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hygienists are personable and lead with kindness (even if you’re terrible about flossing they don’t guilt trip you). Dr Brown is seriously the best dentist I’ve had. She explains things really well and makes sure you’re well informed without talking down to you. She’s really makes sure you understand your options. She’s not the kind of dentist to nickel and dime you and to try to get more services out of you. She actually listens and takes a good approach to her care. The staff have frequently gone above and beyond to help me understand services and work with my insurance to understand coverage and advocate for me. I love working with the staff and if you choose to work with them you’ll be in great hands!

I chipped one of my front incisors while vacationing in Florida. The office was able to get me in quickly upon my return. I thought it might need a veneer or crown but Dr. Brown did a beautiful job repairing it with a filling. She is always so kind and explains everything as she goes along. I can smile again without feeling self conscious! I highly recommend her and this office!

Great staff and was very happy with DDS Batemans care. Overall a great experience, ran into a minor hiccup with scheduling my appointment but the office made it work!

I had a fairly simple procedure, replacing a filling and a chipped bit of tooth. Both Dr Brown and her assistant were friendly and responsive on top of being skilled and efficient. And the front desk will be great once the new software isn't so new.

Dr. Reschke was great! He was friendly, gentle, and did a good job. I do want to make it known though that the environment felt *off*—the front desk receptionist wasn’t professional as she was complaining to me (the patient) about something that happened while I was there with someone who walked in. The office floor looked like it was long due for a good deep clean and the office felt dirty. It was also very strange they do the assessment first then you have to return for a cleaning. I plan to return since I just need to just need to get my teeth cleaned periodically and have low-maintenance teeth, but those are things to be aware of.

We just love Monarch dental in American fork! They are so good with my elderly parents and did such a good job with both of them! Dr.Carrie Brown and the rest the staff are the best! I would go there over and over!

These guys helped us out in a bind. Did great work and we’re so kind. Jennifer was awesome to fit us in last minute working with our schedule!

Jacob did my cleaning and he was absolutely amazing. I mentioned I have dealt with TMJ and having my mouth be open for long periods of time can make my jaw hurt and become sore. He was very cautious and kept asking me if I was okay or if I needed to take a break. The girl who did my x-rays(didn’t catch her name) was also very sweet and super kind!

Front desk clerk did not look me when I went up to desk to check. She just kept looking at her keyboard while asking me the questions then told me to have a seat.

The visit was great!! I didn't have any issues. I got the fluoride treatment. I think that has been the greatest thing through the years.

They are so friendly, helpful and caring! My experience over the past 5 years has been very positive and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I love this Dentist office. Not many people say that about the Dentist but it's true. From the staff at the front desk to when you get in the back sitting in the chair they treat you like a family member and always have a smile when they greet you. They are the best in the business.

Monarch Dental is the best.!!! From the front desk, Jen was very welcoming and seemed happy to see me although this was my first visit! To their dental assistant Tahlia, who was knowledgeable, quick to get my X-rays done as well as any prep work needed. And a fun, bright happy team member who helped feel comfortable , and even had me laughing when typically I am an anxious wreck at the dentist.!! The hygienist Sharla was efficient at getting me back and my teeth cleaned as well as very personable!. Dr Brown is an amazing Dentist, she was amazing at explaining what she was doing which made me feel better involved with my heath, as well as making me feel calm. 10/10 recommend this office.! Amazing staff and patient care!.
