The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Lee was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns. I had been dealing with pain caused by a bite adjustment issue for several weeks, and he was able to identify and correct the problem in just a few minutes. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Lee is great and the reason I continue going there. The front office is the reason for the lowered rating. I was overcharged $1500 for my bridge. When I questioned the quote, I was told the price is the price. It took them a year to reimburse me and that was after I initiated an investigation by my insurance company. Give me the codes, a phone, and ten minutes and I can tell you to the penny what my copay will be. They don't seem to have the time or feel the need to stick to the contracted rates for the services they provide. I feel like they should OWE ME penalties and late fees. If the shoe were on the other foot, I would.

I highly recommend Monarch Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front office were very welcoming, helpful, and nice. Alexa at the front desk ensured that my previous x-rays were sent to Dr. Lee for evaluation during my dental exam. She is also the one who manages my in-house finances with an affordable payment plan that has helped me get the dental work I needed to alleviate my pain. But when I tell you, Dr. Lee was extremely gentle and painless with my dental procedure, from start to finish, with a great deal of knowledge, humor, and down-to-earthness. Cynthia, who is Dr. Lee's assistant, is highly caring, helpful, and amusing. She handles x-rays efficiently and assists Dr. Lee in a timely manner. I have a strong admiration for everyone's kindness, positive energy, and knowledge. Even after leaving, I still don't feel any pain. Thank God for Dr. Lee and his magical hands to fixed my broken tooth, save my tooth from extraction and fixed cavities. Monarch is affordable, reliable, and perfect for me. Today was my first visit at monarch dental in Allen. I came in scared to check for my wisdom teeth, but the excellent service provided by their team calmed me down. They explained things thoroughly, and at the end, Alexa did a great a job explaining all of my options. I felt taken care of, and this is an example of what the medical service should be like. 10/10 would recommend.

The best experience I’ve had with a dentist in a very long time. Dr. Stephen Lee and Chetta made me feel very comfortable, listened to my request and did an excellent job on my front tooth which needed a cap. They worked very well together and I’m very blessed to have found them.

This location is the most maxing place. Dr. Lee is the best. Ashley is the best dental hygienist and at the front desk Alexa makes this place 5 star++.
