I’ve been coming to Monarch Dental for the last couple years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are true professionals and always make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommended.

Everyone from the ladies at front to the dental staff and the dentist are friendly and helpful. Always explaining the procedures and answering all questions. Great atmosphere.

I was petrified of getting my molar pulled and Dr Lacy and her assistant was very sweet and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and numbed up. Dr Lacy gave me the gas for no charge to calm my nerves because I was a nervous wreck. She’s very sweet and seems to really care about her patients. She asked me several times if I was okay. The staff up front were great as well. Very sweet ladies :)

I have been to two other dentists who both quoted me insanely high prices to fix my teeth. Monarch offered me a better solution for the short term and for the health of my mouth as a whole in the long term, that is less painful, less expensive, and far less invasive. I am now paying less for the entire produce I need done than I would have paid to have 1 tooth done at the other places. I am so grateful that I found Monarch and Dr. Lacey. They were also playing Christian music in the office which I thought was amazing.

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and it had been a long time since I went to the dentist because we don't have insurance. At my exam they were very comforting and reassuring. As they listed all that was wrong with my teeth; I got embarrassed, but they were really sweet and assured me they would take good care of me. I recommend them to everyone who needs dental work done.

Highly recommended! The office has very professional and courteous staff. They take great care of you, from the initial call for your first appointment to your first xrays and initial deep cleaning. They are with you all the way, making sure you are taken care of and fully understand your treatment. I absolutely love Dr Nicolds. She has great bedside manners and is very much about high quality care. She will not rest until she is 100% sure about her work. She's truly a keeper (thought I had lost her when my new insurance forced me to switch dentists...sooo glad i found her, especially because I was in the middle of treatment...she picked up right where she left off without skipping a beat!)

They made the whole experience feel so simple and easy, which was such a relief because going to the dentist can sometimes feel stressful. It was my first time and everyone was nice and professional

Had a thorough but gentle prophylactic cleaning by Isabel at my appt. She advised that I use a water flossing device to clean the hard to reach gum crevices in my back molars and even recommended a low cost brand and model to purchase. Paisley did a great job of obtaining my medical/dental history and vital signs and was very warm and welcoming. I look forward to going back every four months for routine cleaning.

We were greeted by smiles and helpful front end personal. The assistant who took my x-rays was very professional and very kind. The hygienist was very nice and explained what treatments were needed, and the doctor was professional and very nice. The office manager made checking in and out effortless, explained what the cost would be. Scheduled our appointments and we were on our way. Very pleasurable appointment. Thank you

My first visit here and when I walked in the atmosphere was very peaceful the staff knew what they were doing. I didn’t have to wait long signed in took a seat and less then 10 minutes I was already in the back to get seen . The staff was on top of everything got my X-ray s done fast and the dentist came in a few minutes later taking a look at my teeth and X-ray and explained everything to me what my options were not giving me a run around like others have done . Went over my dental procedure that was going to be done explained it very well to me
