The staff from the very first phone call all the way through the extractions and temporaries - have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I have always been so nervous about dentist or procedures due to a past experience many many years ago. And from that it lead to me not getting the car I have needed for years. UNTIL NOW!!!! The staff explains everything from start to finish, step by step! If I have any questions or issue (adjustments needed) they answer with details and make sure my adjustments are just right! They pay attention to their clients and are so pleasant and cheerful throughout the process. From the moment you open the office door all the way until you leave - it’s so welcoming. You don’t feel like just “another client” but instead you feel like an individual with concerns and someone actually listening!

I didn't feel a thing. I asked if he got the tooth out and he said "It's been out for about 45 seconds now..." I definitely HIGHLY recommend Monarch and the entire staff.

Going to the dentist has got to be right up there w/publis speaking as something most people don't like to do. Yet, the staff & professionals at Monarch have eliminated my apprehension/fear/dread of these necessary appointments; and, I now actually look forward to my next appointment!
You expect professionalism from any medical office, but professionalism doesn't calm your anxiety. I've been going to Monarch for the last three yrs; and, their staff are very warm, friendly & caring people who have put my fears to rest. For ME to say all this speaks volumes as I used to be the biggest chicken when it came to dentistry.

After a horrible experience with another nationally recognized dental group, I found Smiles. I was treated with respect and listened to. I was advised that I indeed had a broken tooth which explained all my pain that I had been experiencing over the last 10 days and NOT an infection in my gums. Dr. Hayek and his assistant were exceptional and addressed what was causing excruciating pain and then offered advice addressing other issues I had going on. I walked out pain free, until the numbing wore off of course, but was given something for pain management. I am so happy I found this practice and will definitely tell others about it.

Had a thorough but gentle prophylactic cleaning by Amber at my appt. Dr. Hayat advised replacing a filling as that tooth would eventually give me problems, though it wasn't bothering me now. I was easily able to schedule the procedure in one month when it would be more convenient for me.
Paisley did a great job of getting painless dental X-rays without gagging me too.

All my experiences since June 2024 have been very positive. I don’t like going to the dentist but everyone here has made my experiences very good and relaxing and that is appreciated very much! They also gave me a treatment plan with the approximate amount that could be expected of me which helps me budget accordingly. This is also very much appreciated. Hands down I give all of them 5 stars and recommend them to all my family and friends!
