I had a prophylaxis cleaning with hygienist Devon and it was the best prophy experience I’ve ever had. Not only did she do a thorough cleaning and polishing but she took the time to ask questions about my dental history, as well as medical history,, that could affect such things as dry mouth and teeth grinding.
She made suggestions how to improve my flossing and recommended some products that would help dental discomfort. There was no sales pitch, These were over-the-counter products. She told me which products had helped her and I very much appreciated her suggestions. She took a lot of time with me and I learned a lot.
Devon is personable, witty, and a delightful person. I hope she stays with Monarch permanently.
