Diane performed another great hygiene work again! She is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring for my teeth. The only thing that bothered me was the environment. Felt like I walked into a funeral. It was not the same. I have been with Monarch over 10 years and this was the first time I didn’t enjoy the visit. In addition, too, I felt I was charged a lot for this visit. I will contact my insurance to view my coverage. I miss the old staff and greetings.
