My family uses Monarch in Lake Worth. Here’s the good and the bad. It was not a bad experience considering I have strong dentist anxiety. I was on a new pt visit since I had not been in for 5 years! I expected some misery! However: Very friendly people in the back. The front office is inconsistent (character wise) in my experiences with other family visits. Sometimes very sweet and other times dismissive. The front office was good today, Except for a little bit of “We don’t let your insurance decide what your care should be”, when I expressed that I have no money and expect them to follow my insurance because they have a clear list of what is free to me. Hated the music it seemed like twenty something music. It was clearly for the staff not the patients. Lol. I’m 65. Dr Horner was awesome. She lets you know what to expect the whole time. Delicate touch, she hums while she works. My dental plan was pretty clear. I don’t understand insurance stuff but my co-pays were reasonable. I really had very little pain and felt more comfortable than I thought I would. I can’t say for the rest of Monarch but the Lake Worth back office was wonderful.
