I just want the world to know that Dr Tammy Nicolds is one of the best Dentist I have ever had! She's very sweet and always tries to make sure that I'm comfortable not feeling any pain while she's working on my mouth. She's kind, professional, and a awesome dentist, that also can make you laugh! I just love her to death and she does an excellent, excellent, job. She closed in a large hole that was in the middle tooth. She works very hard and goes beyond what she's supposed to do. Because she cares about her patients. I say that because what she did was going above and beyond. My insurance company did not want to pay for my crowns on my teeth. They didn't want to pay their portion. They tried to weasel out of it and she even put an appeal in for me. What a beautiful person she is, inside and out. To make sure that her patients are taken very good care of. I want you also know that the office staff is wonderful. They are good people very sweet kind, and courteous. I appreciate them being so sweet and kind. Believe me I've called them several times and they were very patient with me and, I know I can get on people's nerves at times because I ask several questions. I want to know what's going on and, how much they're going to charge me before I have the work done. I would just like to say a great big thank you, too Dr Nichols and her staff at Monarch Dentistry.
