Very professional, friendly, respectful & caring personal

I have been comng to this monarch dental office on village Dr. for over 20 years. I have always had a good experience and wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors and dental hygienist and office staff are very professional and very experienced and always there to help you.

I loved going here. I just had my first appointment with them and I felt so welcomed and safe. Going to the dentist has always been a fear of mine but the staff and the team were so kind and patient. They educated me so much on oral hygiene in an informative but not degrading way. The hygienist, dental assistant, and the dentist talked to me and walked me through each step and explained everything in detail for me. They were empathetic towards my anxiety of all the different tools, and overall they made my experience way better than I could have ever asked for. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a safe and positive place to get dental work.

I absolutely love this place. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was getting too embarrassed to start going back. Went in here and they have really taken time to help me get my teeth back in good shape. No judgment. Just good advice to keep my improvement going. I’m grateful to their front desk and hygienist who have been helping me each visit.

Every one working there that day, was helpful, respectful and knowledgeable, My dentist and also her assistants said I needed some work done to get teeth and gums healthy that it would be worth it for me to try to keep my bottom teeth healthy for as long as possible because having bottom dentures could be troublesome, great advice was given and appreciated great diversity group working in harmony I will vouch for everyone there for the great people that they are

The hygienists work quickly and are quite thorough. They also are receptive of any indication that you be uncomfortable. No intention of going anywhere else for check ups.

My 7 yo daughter and I went and it was great. The staff was welcoming and explained everything clearly. They were gentle and created a calm space for both my daughter and I. I am so glad we found this dentist office.

Nice and Friendly people

Gloria is my dental hygienist and she is so gentle. She listens to my concerns and she has a humble personality. She makes suggestions but doesn’t force it on you.

My daughter had the best experience yesterday while getting a filling! She was treated so nicely by everyone. They made a potential scary experience a very pleasant one. I am so happy to have the team at Monarch on Village Dr taking care of her and me :)

I have had horrible experiences with monarch in the past. I switched to Village dr in San Antonio, and Dr C and staff are awesome!

Very happy with the work received at Monarch Dental. Everyone is very friendly, and helpful. A detailed list of the work needed with pricing was given before work started.

They were very detailed on what to expect and any alternatives if needed. My 10 year old was very comfortable and they were very gentle and friendly with him.

Staff was very welcoming & helpful. Dr. Chandran was personable and didn’t make me feel like I was just another patient. She offered a wealth of information and I look forward to coming back to this location. Everyone I came in contact with was superb.
