Yesterday was my first appointment as a new patient. I went to Jefferson dental and I ran out of there. So I was skeptical about a dentist and The employee and Vanessa were so professional and nice Everyone made me feel comfortable at Monarch dental Garland and moving forward this will be my new dentist. Everything was nice and cleaned.

Very good I was so happy. Got filling ls done and was quick and not painful. Will definitely go back for more treatment

The office staff is extremely friendly as well as the dental assistants, and orthodontist! I finally got my braces removed April 4th, and I'm so thankful that I had such a great team that helped me the fast 5 years 💜

I love the service at the Casa Linda Monarch office. Everyone is so nice. The check in/out personnel are really helpful and efficient. The woman that did the x-rays listened to my concerns and made adjustments to make the process more comfortable. She also cleaned my teeth really thorough and was very pleasant, and discussed the care plan with me. The doctor was also very cordial, gave advice about my nightguard, checked my teeth and only found 1 cavity! =o)

Friendly and accommodating staff. The doctor was great and very good at explaining everything before she did and listened to my concerns. The dental assistant Kiki was very nice and made the experience comforting.

My children and I have gone to Monarch Dental for many years. I’ve always been very pleased and well served by the staff.

An emergency appointment was made for the next day that I called to recement my bridge.

Honestly every other dentist i went to they are always to judgmental but i really liked it here because they are so kind! I got a electric toothbrush with my treatment plan! Most places give you a mini toothbrush and a small goodie bag! I don't know why i didn’t come here sooner! Without my insurance it would of been 5k but with insurance it came down to 1k every where els with insurance it was about 2k! I really do think they are the best here in dallas!

Dr. Crouch and the entire staff is amazing. Dr. Crouch is very personable as well as the dental assistants there! They all made me feel very comfortable for the various visits I had. Thank you all!!

My experience at Monarch Dental was amazing the staff there is kind, and thoughtful and care about your well-being. So far I will continue to go there and it's convenient, clean and close to my hone. I have been disappointed lately with other dentists office. I feel I made the right decision and choice to go to the Garland location.

The Lady who attended to me did a wonderful job. Quite an Expert in her field. Was Cheerful, Caring and so compassionate. Kudos to her and kudos to the entire Monarch Dental crew. You are most appreciated.
