This office is organized and so very friendly! The best dental hygienist in the DFW metroplex!

Dr Umapathy is hands down the most thorough, compassionate, and caring dentist I’ve ever gone too. She’s highly educated in her field, and completely down to earth. We’ve talked about family, children, and our travels around the world. She’s not just a dental provider she’s a great person herself! Great staff, love Sandra up front the manager. She’s very knowledgeable of insurance and never leaves me feeling like I don’t understand. Overall it’s a 10 star review for me!!

Courteous and professional. Not everything goes right like you would expect, but they do work hard to accommodate. They care. I like that. They can get very busy, but it makes sense when you have a staff that cares about patients. So be patient.

This is an update from my review last night. I started going here a couple of months ago. The Monarch Dental that I was going to in bedford, I never had problems with until they got a new staff and the new staff was extremely rude. So far I'm very happy with this office. Today at 11:45 I'm going to get a biopsy and worst timing ever my temporary crown came off last night. Even though my dentist is only there on Wednesdays they were able to squeeze me into put back on my temporary. The only problem I would say I have is the dentist that's only there on Wednesdays I love him he's awesome but when he's only there on Wednesday it makes it difficult for the patient that sees him because they can't get in until Wednesday sometimes people work and they can't make it in that's the only issue I have but other than that I love the office and I'll probably be going here for a long time

I have been going to this office for over 15 years. Trung is a wonderful and caring hygienist and I have always been treated well by Dee and the other staff. Appointments are on time and there is very easy access with a stoplight on Davis for this shopping center. Dr. Umapathy is kind and meticulous. She was very careful to save my badly cracked tooth.

I strongly recommend it. My dentist referred me to Dr. Deepak for the procedure. Dr. Deepak is very courteous, friendly, experienced, and professional. The operation went really nicely. I had no pain following the surgery. I took only one Tylenol before going to bed and had no pain the next morning. Dr. Deepak gave me instructions so that I would know what to expect and what to do following the procedure. It's quite beneficial. Miguel is also very nice, pleasant, experienced, informed, and professional. I liked how he continued tapping on my shoulder when Dr. Deepak injected the local anesthetic. It has enabled me to relax. He constantly took care of me to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you! Manager Holly (sorry if I misspelled her name) is extremely nice, professional, polite, and informative. It was the busiest Thursday of the week, with a large number of patients in the clinic. She did, however, do an excellent multi-tasking job. She discussed the out-of-pocket expense and arranged my surgery for the afternoon of the same day. They don't take Apple Pay, however she offered to manually enter the card number. What a lovely gesture! Unfortunately, the total amount was $60 higher than the bill, so she charged it to my account that I can use on the next visit. Indeed, a quick workaround! Other healthcare professionals and staffs at this clinic are very friendly and professional as well. There are a lot of free parking spaces around the clinic. It’s located near the Target. I would definitely recommend this dentist office. I had an emergency situation and they got me in the same day. The dentist was very kind and helpful.

Trang is the best, fastest and most accurate dental hygienist there is.

I was in to get my teeth cleaned and I was all only in there for half an hour. The technician was SO nice.

This place is great. There’s a closer one near me but I choose to go to this location. The people are friendly and nice. I’ve gone through multiple dental issues with them and they fixed everything. Great place.

I was nervous when I arrived but always am when go to dentist. Was not updated like some fancy dentist offices. But was ok after initial visit. They were professional and courteous. They explained what needed to be done and price. Had in house financing but didn’t give me all I needed to get work done. So now I’m left with trying to figure out how to finance. Don’t understand that.

This location is great. Very little wait time and the people are amazing. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and very thorough and the technician Sabrina is the best! She made my daughter, who has high anxiety, feel very comfortable. We love her!
