The staff is so helpful , organized and efficient. The front desk staff answered my questions and because anxious and in pain they helped lessen my anxiety. The Dentist explained procedure and was amazing. The dental assistant was truly the best ast what she does. She also explains the procedure, calmed me because had tooth removed , made sure I was ok and was attentive. The dental office was very clean

At first there were some billing concerns with several codes billed in the first visit- cleared it up and worked with me on billing. I appreciate the double and triple checking with dental insurance companies. Dentist and hygienist are great! Manager is great!

Wow! Haven’t had a cleaning this good ever!! My teeth feel like they’re brand new if you can say that! The hygienist, Rita, was amazing, magic fingers! No pain! By far the best cleaning! Very knowledgeable and skilled professional! I hope she’s still there at my next visit!

Better hygienist and dentist now but they still will cancel and reschedule your appointment almost every time for one reason or another.

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and growing up, previous dentists have always scolded me for my dental hygiene and made me feel my dental health was impossible for recovery. Monarch Dental is the EXACT OPPOSITE! They were not only kind and friendly, they explained the whole process, step by step and instilled optimism in my dental health. I recommend them for sure!!

I wanted to update my review as Monarch has redeemed themselves. I've visited 3 locations in the past few months and had great service at all. I really like the dentists and definitely feel the care I'm getting is on par with other dentists I've chosen to see in the past. They have treated me well and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Chad, the office manager has went above and beyond in assisting me with the billing side of things and answers all my questions promptly. Dr Nik has been great as well and I really like her. Lupita & Jackie are always so nice and friendly which makes going for dental care so much easier! I had to have an appointment with a specialist in their office and after they had to reschedule they greeted me next time with a nice card apologizing. I'd now recommended them to anyone needing dental care. -------------------- I've never felt too great about any Monarch Dental. I feel like I'm on an assembly line or at a chop shop. Nothing personal about the dentists who are usually very nice and thorough. Once they get the financial office involved it all goes down hill though. Often you can visit a reputable dentist nearby and find that you really didn't need half the work you just emptied your savings to pay for. Go somewhere else if you have the chance. Most often insurance requires places like this which is sad.

It was a completely different experience that I got on another Monarch Dental (1720 N Central Expy) all the staff were courteous, they explained me everything. 100 % recommend.

First time going to Monarch. This location is very nice and the staff is very personable. Pricing is reasonable as they are in my insurance network. Dr Nik was pretty cool and care about my anxiety.

I would like to say, that my visit to Monarch Dental was totally amazing I saw appreciate the whole staff at Monarch Dental. We're making me feel so at ease and helping me understand everything that I needed. Everything ran its all smoothly and professional. I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome, Everything was so clean, and the staff give great care to every detail,from check-in to the chair. The reason for my visit was a root canal...and that in its self can make one very anxious. But that was not the case here Dr. Gordon did an amazing job on the root canal, I barely felt a thing. And as expected he did a great job, putting me at ease. After I was fitted for a crown, and again Dr. Nik did a wonderful job. That Crown gave me a perfect bite. Chad the office manager is ready to meet your needs - he is the definition of good customer service and very professional. Dr. Nik listens to your concerns and does not rush your appointment - so rare to find these days. The dental hygienist Feven and dental assistant Chethan are also both very knowledgable and listen to all of my concerns thoroughly. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new dentist!
