I don’t leave reviews. Ever. Don’t have time, or make time… but sometimes you have a good experience and you realize others should know what you know. So here it goes. A 100% honest and thorough review. Hope it helps! If you need a dentist, just call and make an appointment- this office is an excellent choice. Dr Strickland treats you like family. He talks you through everything and suggests many options, so you can choose what’s best for you. I’m fortunate to have insurance, but Dr Strickland, and in turn Lexie in the front, always break it down for me to the penny, explain it in detail, with choices on what I might want to pursue. Honestly, the first time they provided a print out and full explanation with options, I was so impressed – I was speechless. To know exactly what I was spending my money on was refreshing. It provides a respectful and honest approach – allowing the patient to be in control. This helps patients budget medical expenses with very few surprises. I appreciate that transparency. More medical providers should follow this example. Dr Strickland is a magician with pain management. Seriously. (I got “that” side of the genetic line with poor teeth), and I’m very thankful I don’t worry about the numbing treatment before procedures. His sole focus is to stop any pain, and because I know this – there’s never any anxiety. I just know he’ll provide his best. He’s so thorough, whether it’s my bite, the cosmetic side, or just ensuring he’s diagnosed the problem completely. He’ll check and recheck which gives a reassurance you don’t always see in the medical arena. I value thoroughness a LOT- especially when I don’t have to prod a doctor to do so. It’s just in this doctor’s nature. His staff are very friendly and professional- from the front desk, who has the kindest ladies (they always make me glad I came in)… to the technicians who always smile and ask lots of questions to make sure I’m comfortable. Its a very friendly, professional, and top service clinic, with an easy going atmosphere, so I never feel uptight or stressed when I come to the clinic. My husband, son, and I have seen Dr Strickland for over 10 years now, and we highly recommend him, and all of his sweet staff!

I had a wonderful experience at the dentist office the secretary ,dental assistant ,doctor ,everyone was super nice super kind helpful answered my question never told me noThey took care of my tooth issue quickly this was a very good experience and is a very good Dental office. I just want to thank them for being so kind listening to me and helping me out

Went to the Ridgmar office instead of Hulen office. This place seems to be better organized.
