For the past 4 years, I have had nothing but great service. My gum health has really improved.

Anita has been my hygienist for a very long time, I am very satisfied with the care I have been given at this Monarch. I recently had an insurance issue and the manager assisted me with it and resolved it that day.

I absolutely love these people! The dentists, the staff are remarkable, and have treated me right & done a great job! They did a double extraction yesterday with bone graft; absolutely no pain! Dr. Dean and Loida are amazing! And no pain today! I can’t praise their work and their staff enough

Too many pages to fill out

I can’t say enough good things about the office manager, Kelli!! I have been beyond worried about getting dental work done for months. I finally got decent dental insurance and put money back in HSA account. It was still not near enough, by more than half! I wanted to cry. Kelli was so kind & compassionate. She helped me figure out a payment plan that worked for me so that I was able to get the work done that day. I am SO relieved!! The endodontist here, Dr. Ingel, performed the two root canal retreatments. They were quick and painless. You can tell he knows what he’s doing!

Hands down the best dental experience in my life! My dentist is very professional, smart, excellent chair side manors. It's noted that she Loves being a dentist. Her assistant was very pleasant and good at his job. They work well together.

I had to get four teeth pulled and even though it was a sucky experience the dentist was so positive and made me feel better through the process.

This particular Monarch has been a good experience . The receptionist was on top of paperwork and appointments. Anita is a wonderful hygienist . Doctors are good and have affiliation with specialists when needed. Nice waiting area and bathrooms. I have sometimes had to wait ; not different from most doctors offices.

Outstanding experience, team is professional and walk you through out the process making you feel comfortable , I get nervous when it comes to doctors, they worked with me giving me the confidence I needed to relax. Thank you!

The Bedford office staff is friendly and competent. This time I saw Doctor Dean, who was very reassuring about my gums and easy to talk with. My appointment is usually for cleaning with Anita, the dental hygienist I’ve been seeing here for several years. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else, she is wonderful!

Very professional they greeted me walking through the door and the assistant Adriana’ was extremely careful making me an impression for a partial.Doctor Marcum was very theral going over every tooth to see if I had cavities and teeth that needed filled and the Assistant Mngr did very well with handling my paperwork was very essential to help me with questions on my paperwork.Thank you Monarch.

I had a great experience at Monarch, they were able to get me in for my wisdom teeth removal in a timely fashion and had all around great support, which was awesome because I was extremely nervous.

As always, top notch service! From the front office to everyone working behind the scene. Been seeing Anita for my dental care for years she’s the best!!

Very informative great visit

The very best experience ever! Each staff member and Doctor treated me with kindness and gentleness. I am over my dental anxiety !! Dr Marcom is the best and I’ll never go anywhere else for dental care. Lisa was wonderful as well. They all know what they are doing and know how to treat people with respect. I was Queen for the day. They worked so hard for me! They are organized and professional and have wonderful work ethic. My new team !!!!

The surgery team for my wisdom teeth were amazing! Right from when they called me back to get prepped, they talked me through everything that would happen. Woke up after surgery, they were right by my side to make sure I was doing well and made sure I had everything I needed for the recovery process. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my root canal! I know that sounds strange but it only took about 20 minutes, I had no pain and am ready to get my crown. If your insurance doesn’t cover (all of) it, they offer financing and Care Credit, which for me is 6 months interest free.

Overall great experience. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. The price for my daughter's braces was the best and most affordable I've seen. Highly recommend.
