- Fruit Kabobs: Put a variety of colorful fruits on a kabob stick and use yogurt as a dip. These can be fun and look pretty without all the added sugars.
- Frozen Fruit Bars: Make your own frozen smoothie or 100% juice bars, and your child will surely be a hit, particularly in the warmer months when a healthy Popsicle is just the ticket!
- Yogurt Covered Pretzels or Raisins: These do have sugar, but with the pretzel or raisin, they are getting more nutrients than in a donut, so it’s certainly a more healthy alternative to the usual.
